- To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland pursuant to the answer of 9 January 2006, Official Report, column 315W, on the Child Support Agency, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of the new system.

Further work to improve the IT system is scheduled to take place over 2006 and 2007.The current position with the IT system is one of improvement; as a result of work over the past18 months, the stability, availability and performance levels of the new computer system are much improved.Monitoring will continue as the improvements are implemented.
