- asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether the contacts with Sky TV by Damien McBride on the question of discussions on the Autumn Statement were authorised in accordance with the guidance on government communications and in compliance with paragraph 13 and paragraph 4 sub-paragraph IX of the Code of Conduct for special advisers; and
