- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Brentwood and Ongar (Mr. Pickles) of 15 January 2007, on planning gain supplement, why each individual response to the consultation exercise has not been placed in the Library.

The responses to the December 2005 publication ““Planning-gain Supplement: a consultation”” were placed in the Library of the House on 19 December 2006. The reference number for the set of documents is Dep. 06/2350.A summary of consultation responses is also available in the Library of the House; the reference number for this document is Dep. 07/461. This document is also available on the Treasury’s website.
