Housing: Permitted Development

- asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether it would be permitted to construct an extension faced in coloured metal cladding to an unlisted Victorian house in a conservation area under the proposals contained in the Changes to Permitted Development, Consultation Paper 2: Permitted Development Rights for Householders.

The proposals contained in the consultation paper would not allow as permitted development any form of cladding to extensions in conservation areas.
