What evidence is there of tachograph discs in heavy goods vehicles being discarded when used up & being replaced with new ones so as to allow further 9 hours driving time; what steps DTp intends taking to prevent this from happening & if DTp has any plans to introduce system of serialised tachograph discs - Incl fact that Minister will write shortly about serialisation of tachograph discs
