Departmental Manpower

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many staff employed by her Department since 1 January 2007 have been discovered not to have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Answer

No members of staff employed by the Home Office since 1 January 2007 (including those employed by the UK Border Agency, the Identity and Passport Service and the Criminal Records Bureau) have been discovered not to have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
