- To place in Library full report of latest survey of personal incomes & to make it policy that sample size in future surveys be sufficiently large to provide county-level estimates of no of taxpayers, no of higher-rate taxpayers & of taxable income which are statistically reliable - Incl fact that range of tables compiled from latest survey of personal incomes will be published in next edition of "Inland Revenue Statistics" & ref to 174 c152W
