- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what recent discussions he has had with the International Monetary Fund on its assessment of (a) public and (b) private debt in the UK.

The Chancellor maintains regular contact with international financial institutions. As President of the G20, the UK is actively working with the International Monetary Fund to strengthen international macro-economic and financial surveillance.
