- Whether, following the decision of the United States civil aviation authorities that no seats should be allowed to block the safety exits from aircraft, and the immediate implementation of that directive by Pan-American and others, he will ask the Civil Aviation Authority to carry out an immediate and comprehensive review of the current practices of all airlines operating to and from the United Kingdom.
