Aviation: BMI
- Question
- To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have been consulted about the proposed take-over of BMI by Lufthansa.

The Department for Transport is aware of the proposed acquisition and has been informed about the discussions. I understand that the airlines have also consulted the Civil Aviation Authority about how to ensure that various legal requirements could be met.
