Land: Prices

- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate the Valuation Office Agency made of the average value of a hectare of land in each of the last 20 quarters.

During the last five years the VOA has published twice yearly the VOA Property Market Report. The report gives opinions of value each year, as at 1 January and 1 July, for agricultural land, and for land for development for residential and industrial use.The reports for this period are available to view on the VOA website at:"www.voa.gov.uk/publications"
