Equality and Human Rights Commission

- To ask Her Majesty's Government how many of the staff of (a) the Commission for Racial Equality, (b) the Equal Opportunities Commission, and (c) the Disability Rights Commission did not join the staff of the Equality and Human Rights Commission on 1 October 2007.

The number of staff from the legacy commissions who did not join the Equality and Human Rights Commission on 1 October 2007 is as follows: 101 staff of the Commission for Racial Equality; 83 staff of the Disability Rights Commission; and 69 staff of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
