- What is the best estimate he has for the numbers and amounts of ET overpayments which have taken place since the start of the programme, including: (a) overpayment of individual ET training allowances, numbers and amounts, (b) overpayment of grants to training agents and (c) overpayment of grants to training managers; how much has been recovered; how much has been written off.
