Question
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many people his Department employs to maintain its social media and social networking accounts; and at what annual cost to the public purse.
Answer

The maintenance of these services is carried out as part of the e-communication team's management of the Treasury's websites therefore no specific staff costs are apportioned to these services.
