- If he will outline the details required to be recorded by farmers in herd books as a result of the Bovine Animals (Identification, Marking and Breeding Records) Order 1990; whether he intends to introduce a new pro forma herd book; what information he has given to farmers about recording such details & what information has been given to his regional offices about recording such details.
