Iraq: Detainees

- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence for what reasons his Department has withheld the names of two individuals detained by British forces in Iraq in 2004 and subsequently rendered to the Bagram Theatre Internment Facility in Afghanistan.

It is not for me to release personal data to third parties, therefore, I am withholding this information. The International Committee of the Red Cross has had regular access to these two individuals.
