- To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what service standards he plans to include in codes of conduct for the implementation of smart meters.

The Smart Metering Implementation Programme is considering a wide range of issues relating to smart meter roll out including whether service standards and/or codes of conduct should be put place before the formal roll out begins.
