- What plans he has to assist small and medium sized firms in enabling them to obtain technological knowledge from experts. Includes extension of consultancy initiatives for a final 3 years & introduction of new programmes to help firms to plan the introduction of modern manufacturing systems & to encourage firms to use experts in universities, polytechnics & research organisations.
