Question
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much his Department spent on press cuttings services in each year since 1997.
Answer

Spending on press cuttings since 2002-03 is shown in the following table. Because of a change in accounting system in 2002-03, information in relation to earlier years could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
