- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many service personnel have participated in Operation Ellamy since 18 March 2011; and how many are presently participating in the operation.

[holding answer 19 July 2011]: Information on the number of service personnel who have participated in Operation Ellamy since 18 March 2011 is not readily accessible from our systems. The number of service personnel deployed overseas in support of Operation Ellamy at 0600hrs on 18 July 2001 was 2,071.
