Railways: Franchises
- Question
- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Earl Atlee on 8 November (WA 41), what was the net cost to public funds of each railway franchise in 2010–11.

Information on subsidy and premium payments in respect of all passenger rail franchises is published annually by the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) in National Rail Trends. This is available on the ORR’s website at www.rail-reg.gov.uk. Copies are also available in the Libraries of the House.
