Railways: Overcrowding

- To ask Her Majesty's Government which 10 sections of Network Rail's infrastructure have seen the most complaints about overcrowding.

The Department for Transport does not hold this information. The Office of Rail Regulation publishes statistics for complaints made to train operators (not by Network Rail region) as part of its National Rail Trends Yearbook but these do not include a specific category for overcrowding.
