- Whether the shipment by UNICEF & WHO to Iraq of "infant formula" for children under 6 months had been blocked on the grounds that Iraqi soldiers might eat it; how this block would contribute to the liberation of Kuwait in the terms of UN Security Council Resolutions; who imposed it; & whether they will ensure that it is rescinded.
