- If HMGovt can now confirm that wartime massacres of 14,500 Police servicemen at Katyn & Elsewhere in Russia were carried out by Soviet NKVD. - Soviet authorities admission in April 1990 that KNVD (forerunner of KGB) was responsibile for massacre was very welcome.
