- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what progress he has made in inter-governmental talks with the Welsh government on funding reform.

Bilateral discussions are continuing between the Government and the Welsh Government on all proposals arising from the Holtham Commission. Any decisions will be announced in the normal way.
