If his Department has been informed officially of the latest court decision in Chile of the circumstances of Mr Jonathan Moyle's death to comment re inquiries carried out by FCO into circumstances of his death & if FCO has any details of information Mr. Moyle had come across in relation to arms being exported from Chile to Iraq. - (Holding answer 17 Jan 1991).
