- If he will break down the number of projects not approved for the 1991-92 financial year (a) numerically and (b) by cash value for the urban programme in (i) Middlesbrough, (ii) the London Borough of Newham, (iii) Nottingham, (iv) Oldham, (v) Plymouth and (vi) Preston; and if he will indicate the percentage of projects not approved for the financial year 1991-92 relating to (1) ethnic minority projects, (2) projects relating to disability, (3) economic developments and (4) the environment. - will write.
