- When he received a copy of a faxed letter from the European Commission to Mr Peter Kunzlik of Hammond Suddards relating to the issuing by the Commission of an Article 169 letter in respect of the M3 Bar End-Compton. - Copy of letter was sent to officials on 19th August 1991. (Holding answer 14.11.91).
