- What proportion of the announced #1 billion additional expenditure is to be invested in highways in East Anglia; what sums are currently being spent on highways in this region; and if he will publish a list of the trunk road schemes currently under construction, shortly to be started and in preparation in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex with the approximate cost of each. - Inc figures & list.
