- If he will seek the removal of the current trustees of (a) the Mirror Group Pension Fund and (b) the Maxwell Communication Corporation Pension Fund and their replacement by independent trustees. - Removal or appointment of trustees is a matter for determination under the trust deeds of the pension schemes in question.
