- If he will comment on the circumstances of the accident involving a Royal Navy Harrier T.4N at RNAS Yeovilton on 27th June 1994; and if this accident is included in the accident rate figures for Royal Navy fixed-wing aircraft published in the 1995 edition of UK Defence Statistics.
