- What will be HMG position at the forthcoming social summit in Copenhagen on the need to ensure immediate implementation of the Trinidad Terms proposal to reduce by two-thirds the eligible debt stock of severely indebted low-income countries as a first step towards a comprehensive write-off between 80% and 100% of the entire debt stock of such countries.
