- What system of reporting is proposed by him for Spanish vessels fishing in the Irish Box as a result of the December Fisheries Council Agreement; what plans he has for reporting in person to the coastal state on arrival and departure; to whom the vessels will report; and what co-ordination will be developed with Irish authorities.
