Pursuant to his Answer, to the honourable Member for Linlithgow on 26th January, Official Report, column 300W, in what month of what year allegations were first made to the effect that Ali Akbar Mostashemi had paid 10 million dollars to have the Lockerbie bombing carried out; who were the competent authorities to whom the Prime Minister refers; and how much of the alleged contradicting material came from Abdul Meged Jiacha. - Nothing to add to 253 c299-300W.
