- Pursuant to his oral Answer at 253 c1-62, what further assessment he has made, following the letter of 3rd February from Professor R. Black of the Law Faculty of Edinburgh University on whether legislation would be necessary to allow those suspected of the Lockerbie crime to be tried elsewhere than Scotland or the United States of America.
