- What additional navigational lighting or related equipment is required for a sea-going vessel plying between the Seacon terminal on the Isle of Dogs on the River Thames to any inland port on the River Rhine capable of handling a vessel of up to 2,000 tonnes which are additional to those required by international rules for the sea; and under what authority any such additional requirement would be made. - (Holding answer 18 April 1995).
