- Pursuant to his Answer of 5th July, Official Report, columns 284-86W, how many of those asylum-seekers detained under Immigration Act powers and held in criminal prisons are held in such accommodation because their current behaviour or past history indicates that they require a greater level of control or medical observation than can be provided in Immigration Service detention accommodation. - Disproportionate cost.
