- Pursuant to his Answer of 12th April, Official Report, column 100W, what response was given by the Office of Fair Trading to the approach made in connection with the report to the European Commission on information and protection of transactions concerning immovable property purchased by consumers. - This is matter for the Director General of Fair Trading. I understand that he will be writing to hon Member.
