What discussions he has had with other members of the UN Security Council about the comment by Edwin Bollinger and Ulrich Lumpart, Swiss manufacturers of timing devices, about the circumstances of the Pan Am 103 disaster over Lockerbie and the policy of sanctions against Libya.
