- What is his latest estimate of the revenue the Treasury will derive from the imposition of value-added tax on domestic fuel in the financial years 1994-95 and 1995-96; how much of this will be attributable to the imposition of value-added tax on the standing charge element of domestic fuel bills. - Inc fig and ref to latest published estimates of revenue yield in annex B to chapter 4 of the "Financial Statement and Budget Report for 1994-95".
