What representations he has received from local authorities or their associations in relation to the execution of their duties to staff affected by staff transfer orders and other procedures occasioned by the reform of local government, particularly with respect to compliance with the duties of employees under the Acquired Rights Directive and the Collective Redundancies Directive of the European Union.
