What percentage of (a) local authority, (b) private rented and (c) owner-occupied houses in Wales currently have (i) loft insulation, (ii) hot water tank and hot water system lagging, (iii) cavity wall insulation, (iv) double glazing and (v) draught excluder systems. - Inc table.
