- What is the extent of the devaluation of the £ sterling against the basket of international currencies since Wednesday 23rd September 1992, on the latest available figures. - Between close of business on 23 September 1992 & opening 1 March 1993 the £ sterling has declined against its exchange rate index by 6.74%
