- Whether he will make it his policy to seek external legal advice on the application of the transfer of undertakings regulations in every case where contracting out is contemplated or may be contemplated for future action. - No. HO legal advisers will be consulted about the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981.
