- What estimate he has of (a) the number of farms and (b) the total acreage of farmland that is owned by local authorities; and in which counties these areas are mainly concentrated. - Inc fact that information on statutory small-holdings owned by local authorities is contained in annual reports to Parliament on smallholdings in England & Wales (in Library).
