Pursuant to 230 c14W, how many of the 23.2 million persons who have incomes of less than £100 per week are (a) students, (b) persons between 18 and 65 years of age, (c) pensioners and (d) males between 18 years and 65 years; and what is his estimate of the loss in revenue if none of these persons paid income tax. - Figures given.
