Question: If he will publish a summary of the United Kingdom's defence plans, together with details of those forces and capablilities that Her Majesty's Government will offer to make available to the alliance during the forthcoming year & various questions on obligations of member states of NATO to disclose their respective defence policies & details of the military forces & capabilities available to the alliance including changes made outside the annual review by the Ministerial Defence Planning Committee.
