What requirements are imposed on (i) maintained county and voluntary schools, (ii) grant maintained schools, (ii) city technology colleges, (iv) colleges of further education and sixth form colleges, (v) the funding agency for schools and (vi) the further education and the higher education funding councils, to hold meetings in public of the main governing body concerned, any committees, and any sub-committees; and what rights of access the public have to agendas, minutes, and reports to such bodies, committees and sub-committees.
