By how much he estimates the cumulative effects of an increase in the rate of employees' national insurance contributions, the restriction in value of the married couples's tax allowance and of mortgage interest tax relief, and the imposition of VAT on fuel at 8 per cent. will cost the average family from (a) April 1994 and (b) 1995. - Ref to 234 c841W.
