- What representations he has received concerning the impact of recent bulk electricity price increases on the future production of chlor-alkali in the United Kingdom; what information he has on the prices paid in other OECD countries by producers of chlor-alkali and other heavy industrial processes, whose viability is dependent on electricity price relativities. - (Holding answer 3 July 1992).
